This page explains how to delete your TalkFixAI account (the app published by Chetan Kerhalkar, package com.talkfixai.talkfixai) and the data associated with it. You can delete your account at any time — directly inside the app, or by contacting us.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, your repair history and saved conversations are erased and cannot be recovered.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open the TalkFixAI app.
- Tap Profile (bottom-right), then Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm by tapping Delete in the dialog.
Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out. Guests (users who never signed in) can achieve the same result by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the app.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can no longer access the app, email us from the address associated with your account and we will delete your account for you:

- Subject: TalkFixAI account deletion request
We verify ownership of the account before deleting it, and complete the request within 30 days.
What is deleted
When you delete your account, we remove:

| Photos you shared for repair help | Not stored after a reply is generated; nothing to retain |
What may be retained, and for how long
- Residual backups: copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days of deletion.
- Anonymized, aggregated analytics and crash diagnostics that do not identify you may be retained to keep the app reliable.
- Records we are legally required to keep (for example, subscription or transaction records held by Apple or Google Play) are retained only as long as the law requires. Manage store subscriptions through the applicable app marketplace.
